Measure
Definition
A unit of measurement that shows if the work we’re doing in a particular area is working. Can be a performance measure or a results measure.
Purpose
Gives us the means to analyse progress at a granular level, and distinguish measurement of the work we have in flight (performance) from measurement of the impact and outcomes of the work we deliver (result).
