Performance
Definition
How effectively the things we set out to do are being done. Relates to team activities, opportunities and levers. It’s measured by performance measures.
Purpose
It lets us evaluate the work we have in-flight, at a low-level. For example, creating and testing hypotheses, management information, how we might scale.
